Features

Quick setup

Choose where you train, your goal and how many days a week. You get a plan right away, or skip it and log freely.

Fast set logging

Weight and reps from your last workout are filled in. Tap to log a set, swipe to delete. The plate calculator shows what to load on the bar.

Rest timer

Starts when you log a set. Counts down on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, where you can skip it or add time.

Progress stats

Total weight lifted, workouts and reps over time, plus a calendar of past sessions. Totals are compared to things like a horse or an elephant.

Apple Watch

Log sets from your wrist and see heart rate and rest time. Works without your phone nearby.

Records and charts

New personal records are flagged as you set them. Charts for every exercise, muscles trained and a monthly recap.

270+ exercises

Instructions, muscles worked and common mistakes for each. Add your own exercises too.

Apple Health and Health Connect

Optionally save finished workouts to Health and read your bodyweight.

Import and export

Import your workouts from Strong or Hevy. Export your data any time.

Private

No account needed, no ads and no tracking. Your data stays on your phone unless you turn on Pro sync.
